Avoid embarrassing mistakes the three most coaches keep poor – Being one o'clock PT Great Week

Let me ask you a simple question. Would you like to earn more than £ 1000 per week as a personal trainer?

* A mistake: The failure to create a customer management system.

This means there is no way to verify that you have trained, or even been in contact with their level of interest and then if / how much money spent!

Most of us, including me, have probably heard that it is much more expensive to get a new customer than to market to people who already know … and yet my income rose € 500 in five days, when I started using this tool.

A customer management system will be if the people who we know are fully utilizing the services and products we offer that could help them.

In other words, if you have not told all he knows what it can offer, how can you expect them to pay you for it? Also, if what you offer some good which are traps out of the benefits – right? A customer management system can be constructed simply

A. Open a spreadsheet or to obtain a large piece of paper.

B. Note customer names on the left side of the page in alphabetical order.

C. From left to right along the bottom edge rather than its services and product ideas. For example: Group Block Fat loss booked class 1-2-1 PT, creation of the Program Performance.

D. Shade in the squares where the customer has purchased a product or service. If you have not bought, you know something about it? If not get said! Then put a T (Cash) in the table, when to buy an S (Sold).

** Two of error: not routinely listen.

Once I started implementing a system of listening, while people continued with my education grew rapidly from weeks to months. A great listener usually maintain relationships with customers for years!

This is not flakey or a misunderstanding. You have to be genuinely interested in people or this will not work, is not only "technical".

Ask questions focused on helping the displaced to their training and life, and hear their answers. This means that not interrupted!

I would encourage all coaches who want to serve and help people to think seriously about working in listening and in so doing, build relationships with their customers instead of thinking of them as ATM machines!

*** Error three: Go to the model of "money" One To One high paying clients! This is what I call the 'Holy Grail'.

There will always be difficult to find enough wealthy clients and motivated in their local area, no matter how good a coach you are.

Is it easier to get ten people who pay £ 10 each or a person paying 100 pounds for the same training?

This is not rocket science is boys?

I can say I have clients who pay me £ 100 more, and I have groups as well, but everyone knows that it is more feasible, especially if you're just starting.

The groups have other benefits, support and sense of ownership and accountability, and even fun for you all – it being a personal trainer should be fun!

Shamefully, I missed this for years and yet is incredibly easy to correct.

For a multiplier effect on its earnings in focus groups!

To wrap this up guys, I hope you avoid these three mistakes, (which I did years ago :-) and the explosion although staff generally one-week training companies faster, because the world needs more leaders like you!

Create a customer management system, learning a method of listening, and creating leadership groups.

You are a leader and motivator, that's why we do what they do, so it carries the majority of people who can give them value and deserves to be rewarded appropriately.
